RepKeep is a workout tracking application that allows users to:

  • Log and track workouts, exercises, sets, and reps
  • View progress and analytics
  • Sync data across devices

3. Account Registration

To use RepKeep, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years old
  • Provide accurate account information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RepKeep and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any workout data you create. By using the App, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your data to provide the service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Accuracy or completeness of information

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RepKeep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Personal injury

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may delete your account at any time through the delete account page.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice in the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RepKeep operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
