Deleting your account will permanently remove:

  • Your account and profile information
  • All workout history and exercise data
  • Progress records and personal records
  • All synced data across devices

This action cannot be undone.

What Happens Next?

  1. You'll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours
  2. We'll verify your identity to protect your account
  3. Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
  4. You'll receive a final confirmation when deletion is complete
